Germany has been in the eye of the storm in both the world wars which have taken place on the continent of Europe.

These world wars have left the country with lot of ammunition for the tourism department as there are a lot of historic sites in the country which have been opened up for the people and tourists of Germany.

There are many torture chambers of the World War II which have been made into visiting places for tourists to highlight the atrocities of Nazi Germany.
