Tourist Attractions in Malaysia

The Malaysian peninsula has much recreational activity happening on it and it also has got some of the finest adventure tourism spots in the world.

The country has got some of the best possible adventure spots in the world. One of  the biggest festivals in the country is also one of the biggest tourist attractions in Malaysia.

The Sultan’s birthday also know as the Puja Umur is one of the best times to visit the city of Kuala Lumpur. It is a week long festival and even  the local people of that place love to party in those times as the entire country is filled with the air of festivity.

The festival begins with a parade in Kota Bharu. Other important tourist attractions in the country are the Annual Sabah International Dragon boat festival. This attracts a lot of water sports enthusiast from all over the world and has a large amount of fans in the country who attend this festival.

The other major tourist attractions in Malaysia include staying in the Malaysian Longhouse which is common among the rivers of Sarawak and Sabah. These houses can house an entire village under a single roof and they all have a  tradition Malaysian feel to the entire trip.

Tourist are really eager to stay in these long houses as it gives them an authentic Malaysian feel ton their trip. There are pretty peculiar things to do in Malaysia for example the sport of top spinning and Wau Kite Flying are very good things to do to entertain one self in the country.
