The country has got one of the rarest animals on the planet called the Dassie which is a small rat like animal and its skin is used to make blankets for the locals.

There is the Matobo region in the country which has got some really fascinating rock formations which have eroded to give really good balancing appearances. The country is easily accessible by Plane or by road. There are trains running within he country also. One can visit the Victoria Falls on a train.
